Kristiana Dove Vega, also known as dove vega, or simply Xrstíana is a Houston-born, Boston-bred singer, songwriter, creative mind, and triple water sign currently based in Los Angeles, California. From a young age, Kristiana exhibited a passion for music, channeling her creativity into songwriting and production. In 2018, she made her debut with the self-produced EP “Just Another Saturday Night,” released under the name dove vega, showcasing her unique sound and artistic vision.
Since then, Xrstíana has consistently released music every year, including the sultry single “Mine” (2023) which charted #36 on iTunes. Her follow-up EP “grl, bye.” (2024) spawned the fan-favorite “Tango” and its subsequent remix, with the music video garnering 3k+ organic views on YouTube — each project reflecting her ever-evolving sonic style. Her collaborations with emerging producers such as Grand Keyzz, Blonko Beats, Witness Records, and Maylay Rising have further enriched her musical palette, allowing her to explore diverse genres and influences.
Xrstíana’s work has garnered attention and praise from influential indie publications, with her music featured in notable outlets such as YouTube’s Stay On Beat Live Music Review, 'cene, DOPECAUSEWESAID, Lower Eastside Underground, Music Connection, and ital Massive. She has performed at several notable venues including, among others, The President’s Rock Club, Patty Barry’s, Hollywood Revival, the Cinema Bar, and is slated to perform at Trip! Santa Monica May 10, 2025.
The pandemic of 2020 marked a pivotal moment in Xrstíana's artistic journey. Embracing a newfound confidence and authenticity, she chose to shed the dove vega moniker and began releasing music under her first name, Xrstíana. This transition symbolizes her commitment to self-discovery and artistic integrity, as she continues to push boundaries and connect with her audience on a deeper level.
Xrstíana's upcoming debut full-length LP "USURPER", a collection of 12 songs recorded over a whirlwind period of three days and entirely mixed/mastered by prominent Virginia Beach “mix god” Tory G, is set to drop on May 3, 2025. This genre-bending album explores themes of self-reflection and identity, mental health, societal and existential issues, and the duality of the human condition—joy and pain, love and loss, struggle and resilience.
Its lead single "no one in" is set to release on April 28, 2025, and is available for pre-save now on Spotify and iTunes.
With each release, Xrstíana invites listeners deeper into her world, blending heartfelt lyrics with innovative soundscapes, and solidifying her place as a rising star in the music industry.
